The post planned for this morning was derailed by a misdated piece of information, something that will take a while to sort out.
So I thought I'd share a couple of items related to yesterday's remembrances that I appreciated --- this photograph from the 9/11 memorial in New York City showing former presidents Bill and Hilary Clinton and Barack and Michelle Obama along with the incumbent, President Joe and Jill Biden (among others). Former president George W. Bush as well as Vice President Kamala Harris spoke during memorial programming yesterday at the Flight 93 Memorial near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
And a link to an NBC News report about two gay "saints" of that great disaster, the Rev. Mychal Judge, who died while attending to victims at Ground Zero, and Mark Bingham, among those who confronted the hijackers of Flight 93.
Can it possibly have been 20 years?
