Easter rising

Jesus rises, when he does it,

in the hearts and hands, minds and feet

of those who labor:

To love unconditionally, serve joyfully,

live fully, walk gently on the earth.

Buddhist, Hundu, Christian, Jew,

Muslim, Daoist, atheist, heretic,

seeker, believer, it matters not.

Myth and magic are the stuff of religion.

Resurrection, the everyday work

of redemption.
