So I wasn't going to watch the coronation, but got up this morning, located the BBC feed and, as one does, got hooked. Best laid plans and all of that.
My favorite part --- and I couldn't find an image of it --- was footage of a military band that performed while mounted.
There are those who have complained about the cost of the spectacle. Others have pointed out that sale of broadcast rights fairly well covered the cost --- and that sums expended were poured back into the economy.
Whatever the case, it was a good show and I enjoyed it.
