This has been another of those mornings when I took to the social media in search of the meaning of life --- and found this on Jim Palmer's Facebook page.
Palmer is a former Christian minister widely known now because of books detailing his journey out of religion.
But the practice of rephrasing what we're against into the alternative applies to religious and non-religious alike. It's fairly easy to decide what one's against; quite another to think an issue through and figure out exactly what one is for after weighing all of the implications.
And then not just stating your conclusions, but actually living them.
