I might have had something useful, or at least diverting, to write about this morning, but .... BritBox released the first episode of Season 11 of my favorite detective in the whole world --- Vera (aka Brenda Blethyn) --- yesterday. I felt obligated to watch. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
