Fine dining from Russell's best 1902 cooks


Here's an offering for those keeping their social distance this morning --- and planning to cook --- lifted from Page 10 of The Chariton Herald of Sept. 18, 1902.



There's no explanation of why exactly the recipes were collected --- just two full columns of them, which I've broken up into three segments.
