Ruth Bader Ginsburg

I went looking this morning for something that expressed more effectively than this a lesson from the life of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 87, whose physical mechanism wore out last evening after a prolonged struggle with cancer. And couldn't find it.

She was a hero to all who believe in equality before the law for everyone without regard to gender, race, sexual orientation or anything else. And as a side benefit, an example to all of us who are growing older that age need not be a barrier when it comes to fighting the good fight.

Justice Ginsburg would have little interest, I'm guessing, in resting in peace. So may her spirit,  her  memory and her example fight on.
