Too much time frittered away this morning watching BBC video of puffins preparing to nest on Skomer Isle, off the coast of Wales. Puffins mate for life, did you know?
Lots of critter-related videos have been popping up in my social media feeds lately --- elephants, puffins and such --- a welcome relief from the antics of their human brethren (and sisters), a far less attractive lot.
Which reminded me of this brief clip of words from Thich Nhat Hanh, now 92 and returned from his Plum Village exile in France to Vietnam, living out his final days.
So I borrowed a puffin photograph from Wikipedia --- and here you are. A useful way to start the day.
