Fireworks in the flower garden

These, freely admitted, are my favorite kind of fireworks --- colorful, but quiet.

Marching down the hill early on the 4th in the museum garden just south of the A.J. Stephens House.

Kay Brown planted these several years ago, and they continue to flourish.

The range of colors is astonishing.

So stop by at any time and take a look, if you're so inclined.

The museum grounds always are open --- even when the office and museum buildings are not.

So feel free to walk around at any time.

Or just sit on a bench and think about stuff.
