Perambulating porker passes the day at Piper's

It's not clear why Leland Shelton brought this mighty cast metal porker, half painted white, the other red, bearing faded autographs, to town on Tuesday.

He told Jill only, after dropping the perambulating (and heavy) porker off out front, that she had been sitting in his front yard watching the cars go by for a long time and he felt a change of scenery was in order.

She seemed to be enjoying the sunshine right after lunch.

Leland pledged to pick her up and take her home before nightfall. In the meantime, take a look.

She looks fitting in front of the store. Jill should keep her there!
