A little late for St. David's Day (March 1), here none-the-less is the Froncysyllte Male Voice Choir's version of a grand old Welsh hymn (in English). It never hurts to remember that southern Iowa's coal mines drew to them hundreds of Welsh miners whose descendants continue to enrich us.

Thank you for the sight and sound of Wales! I have participated in
great hymn sings of Welsh descendants, and this is a beautiful reminder. It is a generous way to remember St. David's Day.
